I tried to claim a 160 % bonus on a 30 dollar deposit that I had made at the casino. my request was denied and the casino offered me 30x bonus with withdrawal limits .I did not want to claim this bonus and went ahead and started playing the $30 deposit without claiming any bonuses the reason that the casino had declined my req uest for the 160% Bonuse was that players like me do not deserve a no playthrough bonus because i know what am I doing. and these bonuses are for novice players.while a playing a progressive game the wathchdog I was cut off and taken out the game .

contacted the casino through the chatline and inform them that I was playing with a deposit and had not claimed any bonus on that deposit why was I cutoff the response was that all progressive games at the casino are down. a lie. come to find out for the cash that i had deposited to my account was credited with a free 30 dollars free chip.and we know all that winning with the free chip is very difficult . I had a $2500 dollars withdrawal at the casino .half of my $2500 withdrawal was processes and approved for bank wire .then $81 amount of bonus was deducted no problem and the balance declined but still at the cashier page pending approval amount of $1210 .strange method of payment.

I have never seen a casino choosing the kind of a bonus that a account holder should receive and choose for you. in my opinion this casino does deserve all those star the only star that I would give them is for their software which is going to waste in the hand of thieves. I wanted to make a deposit and claim the 160MAD bonus code which is a no playthrough no max cash out bonus minimun deposit $30. My request was declined again the chat line agent informed me that :I am afraid that at this moment that you are not eligible for no playthrough no max cash out bonuses. those coupons are for players who had a hard time to recover some of their losses. After many many deposits finally I had made a successfull withdrawal at this casino. but the upper management feels that at this point I have won enough money at slot madness . my question to the upper management of Slot Madness is what is the criteria of determining who will receive these bonuses and who will not? and why in the promotion section of the casino this rule it is not mentioned .that these no max cash out coded are only for complete losers and if the player make a withdrawal they will not be eligible for no max cash out code. so be aware if you win .

Upon receiving my withdrawal on 1/17/2014 I sent an email to Slot Madness casino thanking them for the deposit made in my bank account. As far as their response about the no playthrough bonuses I have not received a satisfactory explanation. within the past few months after many deposits I had made my first and only withdrawal and I do not understand the reaction of this casino over one withdrawal. to restrict the bonuses that the casino offers. I feel that there is more to this than the casino is willing to explain the logic behind such a decision that the upper management had made. to make it short my response to the casino is that you have not answered my question at all playing with words is not an answer. As for the bonuses, it is clearly stated in the casino's terms and conditions that casino is entitled to exclude players from certain bonuses depending on their Player Class. We cannot do anything else regarding in this case.
