So first im denied my $1400 btc withdrawal due to “only for btc depositors…” even tho I’ve deposited with btc multiple times just not within past year…. And now for past 2 months I’ve literally messaged them every 2-3 days about wanting to know when check will be sent, and they give me same runaround every single time: “give me your account/card details and I will escalate this to my supervisors ASAP…. And when I ask how long it will take to hear back from them and it’s always same thing “within 72 hours” and I’ve yet to hear ANYTHING in past 2 weeks even tho at least 6-7 support ppl have told me they’re “escalating my case”
