I played through a bonus won $1400 approx which was then cut down to $100 usd due to the terms of the bonus which was fine.

I started my withdrawal approximately a month ago and had all my documents approved a week later.

Since then it has been excuse after excuse as to why it has not been processed yet. I have had my withdrawal request escalated at least 5 times all of which they will explain to me that it will be done in the next 24- 48hrs too which it never does.

I ask for your help in pushing this payment through, as I don't think they are abiding by their word of mouth or their own terms.

Funny enough silveroak casino "approved my withdrawal request" within 24hrs after i filed a complaint with AskGamblers..
They have advised me that the payment will be sent to my account after they follow their "processing guidelines" which is 7 - 10 business days after approval.

It has already been well over their stipulated terms for processing times but atleast the ball is finally rolling and im starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel..

i will keep this post updated until the funds reach my account. as it has been 1 month since the withdrawal request was made and over 3 weeks since all documents were approved and they are still insisting i wait another 10 days from now as they have advised me the withdrawal request was approved yesterday on the 21/12/2021. Hopefully they honour their word and stick to their own terms this time round, I'm sure my attitude will change once i actually recieve my money but until then i advise heavy caution with this casino.This has been the worst experience ive ever had with any online casino in over my 10 years of online gambling. They obviously care about their reputation to get customers in the door but they seem to care not about customer service it seems.. reading through the 600+ complaints filed against this casino.
It is however good to see majority of them are getting resolved. Its a shame a third party watchdog such as Askgamblers has to be involved before you get treated seriously however.


thankyou AskGamblers. you are pioneers of the online gambling industry and i commend you for your work. its nice to be treated like a person rather than a number and if it was not for you, i doubt many would ever see their winnings, period.
