Rushmore Casino Withdrawal Problems


Please post on your site for people not to play on Rushmore casino, I requested a withdrawal in november, 2011 and it was approved per Rushmore casino on December 1st with in two days. The problem is they told be they have expanded there transfer time to 10-14 working days to insure there customers would get there money in time. Its been 2 months now and they are now telling me they have no clue when I'll get my money.

Like a fool i continued making deposits and playing on there site while waiting on my withdrawal, now not only am i out my withdrawal but an additional $800.00. I find it hard to beleive with the amount of money this site makes daily that they would ripp me off of a $1550.00 withdrawal.

I play under the name of utahrick and this site, well i use too. I"m hoping your site will post this for other players don't get screwed out of there money.

My plans are posting this information on every gambling site on the internet.

Firstly, AskGamblers is an impartial forum. As you can see they have not given their opinion on this matter, they just mediate as they see appropriate.

Neither us nor the forum have made any money off of this payout issue. Our payment processing prior to and following this issue has been fine. We invite you to cal customer support and have your original deposit refunded in your account. You may use this money again to play and withdrawal and I can assure you that you will not have any further problems.

AskGamblers- would it be possible to close this complaint, as it clearly is not going to be resolved in a constructive way with this attitude? The language is not appreciated, and we have given utahrick his options regarding contact with the bank and refunding his deposit.

 utahrick, you obviously have a misconception about the purpose of the complaints. We are not here to be supportive to any side, but to be impartial observer and make a final decision, based on proofs given, if the complaint can't be solved agreeably. No need for heavy words.

I understand you won't be sending this information to me because its all BULLSHIT lies your site continues to give out. Your site is nothing but a RIPPOFF and had no intention on paying out any type of wins.

From the support ASKGAMBLER is giving out, they must be receiving a kick backs from all the winnings that Rushmore has kept in there back pocket.

Does anyone know of the county that gave them aurthorization for a gambing license?

Does anyone know any government offical e-mails from the country that gave out the licenses.

If anyone has these names and addresses along with any other information please sent it to my e-mail, [email protected] i will copy you on all e-mails i send out.

You have been given the tracking numbers for these transactions. Please contact withdrawals with any other specific issues.

You can clearly see that this is an isolated issue. We have had no problems with payouts in the past and are having no problems with them now.

Contact customer service to have your original deposit replaced in your account.

1 month and no pay from Rushmore Casino

First I would like to say thank you to AskGamblers for a service like this. You have no obligation to do this for us players and you do it out of your own kindness. So Thank You!

I requested a withdrawal of $2,000.00 ($2000.00 per week is their rule), it was approved 3/25/2013 and it is now 4/25/2013. I want, need and should have my money by now.

I haven't played there in 2+ years and still would not have but the manager called me with a welcome back offer and assured me the withdrawal problems were fixed and put behind them as of January 2013. And that they were working hard to get their name untarnished and back to the original grace it once was.

I took a couple of days to do some further research for complaints against the casino. While there were complaints most of them were older and there was only one for this year filed January 2013 that got resolved. So I thought maybe he was telling the truth about the withdrawal problems being fixed.

So I make my deposit claim the bonus and I lose fast, I then go to chat and claim the cashback insurance (part of the total offer) and lose that even quicker. Finally I get the code to the $10,000 freeroll tournament and this is where I win. I won first place for $2,850.00, how exciting. Well not so much when you don’t get your money when you should have and they have no idea when they will send it but tell you you will get it, be patient, Really!?!? And that is only when Tara (withdrawals manager) feels like emailing you back. I have sent several emails and have only got a reply 2 times. Saying "I will update you when I know something." Not acceptable, at all!

I feel like I was flat out lied to on multiple levels. I should have had my winnings by now, no excuses. I am frustrated, very unhappy and tired of waiting. It is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Can you please help me get my money…
