Games not working properly, Refusing refund

I have been a customer on Jackpot Knights for a while. Even have made withdrawals before.
This time though, it takes forever.
Made a withdrawal 3/1-19, and it is still pending.
Their customer service is a joke. The web site has a live chat, but if its running (which it seldom does) no one answer you.
So much for "live help".
That leaves it to sending emails. But they suck at this too.
Most of the mails I have sent them, are stil not answered.
I have got only one answer, but no specific action was taken towards the issue with the delayed payment.
They wrote that thy should send a request ASAP to the payments department (this was sendt 9/1 at 10:20)

Please help.

Jackpot Knights do not honor my request for not sending out unsolicited SMS promotions. I wrote them several times, but they just keep sending SMS every week, and they do not answer my emails. First I must say that I've always enjoyed Jackpot Knight. They have nice campaigns, good games and pleasant people in the support chat. Until this week... I made a withdrawal of €300 on Wednesday 2017-01-18 at 14:39:30 (GMT+0). According to JPK terms and condition a withdrawal should be handled within 2 business days (a really long time). When I'm writing this over 51 hours has passed. Their customer chat support just telling me how sorry they are for the delay and that they are contacting the financial department but nothing happens.

I started talking with live chat on Jackpot Knights for account closure. They told me to send an email and I did. I sent an email on 5/11/2016 for closing my account permanently. I want a refund of 525 euro from the day I request a closure of my account. I have a feeling of gambling addiction and after they send me the email and I again told them to CLOSE it and they didn't I have the right to have my money back!
