Zodiac casino - Refuse to pay me winning of 1000$

I found this casino zodiac on your website and thought they are good until I made a deposit of 1$ and got the bonus of 2000%, and I fairly played on the machine slots and won 1000$ and I withdrawed it to be transfered directly to my neteller account.

I waited for their reply to confirm my withdrawal but their first and only reply was that :
(( It appears that you exchange funds with other players at Casino Rewards and this practice is regarded as fraudulent.

If players transfer funds between each other's financial accounts/ewallets or if multiple players have their financial accounts/ewallets funded by a common source, this will be considered fraudulent and will be investigated. Knowing that i've never exchange money to any of their players, and i will make à complaints as this was unfair and illegal according to their terms and conditions to refuse to pay me my winnings. They send me back that email:

It is clearly stated in our terms that in the event funds have been exchanged between Casino Rewards members the winnings will be void.

I'm sorry for your disappointment however you are clearly in breach of our terms therefore we have actioned your account accordingly.

So I am asking you askgamblers is what they have done to me and refuse to pay me & close my account without any reason and without any proof and they didn't want even to discuss, they said this was their final decision.
I used to play on other casinos and won many times with fair play, any of them have done that to me.

I think they use that to not paying the winnings to the players and they should not appear on your website and even not be ranked.

I have been swindled by that casino and ask you askgamblers to do the necessary to resolve that conflict and they have to justify their reaction because it's not legal to refuse to pay me and they can't be sure that I am exchanging money with their players because that's totally false.

If they do that to every player that means they are crooks and they should not be here.

I have been contacted by casino Rewards asking to provide my neteller account history of the Last 60 days and the following documents:
1. Your Passport or Drivers License.

2. A Utility Bill or Credit Card Statement showing your Name and Address as registered on your casino account.

3. The front and back of the relevant Credit Card.

4. A print screen of the page showing your name and address as well as the account number for your eWALLET account. (Please use the 'Printscreen" key on your keyboard).

5. If you have purchased/are withdrawing with E Check/CAD EFT you will need to send in a copy of a voided check or a bank statement showing your account details.

I provided all the documents required even more the neteller account history of all my transactions during these last 60 days even if it's strictly confidential.

I found that they require a lot for simply to verify.

And I am Still waiting for their response.

It's been 10 days that the Risk Management team still investigating about my winnings, even if it was à murder investigation, it should have been solved, Knowing that the pending days mentioned on zodiac casino page on askgamblers is 24-48 hours, now we are at 240 hours.
I am Still waiting for that too late winnings to be transfered to my account.

Could please do your Best to resolve that small conflict.

I received an email from casino Rewards asking to provide them with the remaining document which is utility bill or Credit Card Statement.

Knowing that I've already send them my bank statement showing my full name and address.

So, I resent them my bank statement showing my full name and address because this is the only utility bill that I have as i am Still living with my parents and all the bills are on their names.

But to be more crédible i sent them also a pension fund statement showing my full name and address, the screenshot of the front and back of my credit cards showing my name, my bank statement showing also my full name and address.

Knowing that i made a deposit through my neteller account and not by my credit card.

Waiting for the withdrawal of my winnings.

This case is resolved.
I received my money, but they did make it very hard for me asking for specific documents, but kept on chasing them and after three weeks i finally received the 1000$.
