On 29 June I requested a withdrawal and the amount was deducted from my balance. Since then I have contacted them through live chat and asked about the progress and was told they are updating their payment procedures and I should contact their payment section direct and they would do a manual payment. I emailed them but did not hear back. I contacted my VIP host who said he would sort it out. Again after not hearing anything for a while I contacted him again and he got back to me to say that he had escalated my request and not to worry someone would contact me soon. Still nothing happened. I logged into my account again today to find my withdrawal was back in my balance. Their delay tactics are unbelievable and beyond belief. I have once again emailed my VIP host, the payments section and support team. Waiting to see if I hear from anyone at all.

I still have had no reply from my VIP host, support or the payments department after having emailed all of them at the same time on the 16 July regarding my withdrawal request of $1000. The last email I received was from my VIP host on the 15 July after requesting a reply to previous emails. He said then that he understands my frustration and will get back to me...that was 6 days ago and still no communication.

Received email from my VIP host on 22 July telling me he has escalated my request to a higher level....can't help but wonder how many levels they have. Just more neverending delay tactics. Surely this casino should be blacklisted by AG.
