I requested a $4000 payment from them on 4/6 - over six weeks ago now. The previous withdrawal also took months and they just keep saying it will come in the next few days so I don't even bother asking them anymore.
I have $9,700 in total with them and I have requested $4000 because that is their maximum weekly limit. Even though it takes more than a month to process which makes a weekly limit pretty laughable.
I can see many other people having the same problem.
Surely this should have their rating here severely affected?
