I tried to cashout $1,500 on Dec1 after I had completed my play through but the finance department denied it without telling me why and said it was reviewing my account which might take up to 90 days..

Hello,
I still have not gotten anything from them except a Promotion letter. I have used the same credit card with them for approx. 2 years. I have had a couple of smaller withdrawals around a year ago. I moved lately and updated my info previously to this deposit somehow my new email didn’t get updated. After I didn’t hear about the withdrawal for approx. 8 days, I contacted them to make sure they had the correct email – which they didn’t and had that fixed. I think it was Sebastian on the chat that said he would let the finance dept. know. The bank routing info is all the same as we moved only 60 miles and still have the same account.

Unfortunately your account is temporarily under review. Our security department needs to run some additional checks on your account.
Maybe in the past you' ve used the card that didn't belong to you to deposit to your account, or there was another suspicious activity on it.
In this case, our security department needs to make sure that your account wasn't compromized and winnings will go to the the account holder. You still can continue playing and win even more and once the review is over, you can withdraw all your winnings.
