Party Casino - Unable to cashout after a software glitch with Spartacus game, support is useless

My complaint is simple, whilst playing Spartacus, the game just kept spinning and eventually i had to exit the game. once i logged back in it.it said i had an unfinished game, i continued to play for a while and realized i could not change games so i decided to withdraw my winning. but i could not,i contacted party casino and told them my problem and they said the money is stuck in the game and they will get it released. after numerous chats and phone calls i still have not had my winning, they tell me that it has been reported to the third party vendor and they are dealing with it and i will get an email when it is done with no time scale. my point is that i never deposited my money with the third party and they can clearly see i have winning and have emailed me to that effect, but still they do nothing it has been a week now and i fear the worst as time goes on, from the horror stories i have read about this company.

partycasino has a number of vendors that provide games on the site. Therefore, if there is an issue with a game provided by a vendor that cannot be resolved at our end, then the vendor’s resolution will need to be awaited, unfortunately.
I’d advise you allow Customer service to get back to you as promised. Otherwise, you can send an email to Customer service asking for an update, once there is any.

The response is the response i expected from a company that does not care for its customers, party casino took my money and it has cleared from my bank, they can clearly see i have won and need to pay up and chase there vendors for the money..it has been 2 weeks now since my win and i have heard nothing i have stopped chasing them because all i am told is wait.not how long. just to wait, there does not seem to be an acceptable waiting time before escalation or sanctions against the vendor, as i said they have my money so why should they rush or care. any other company i have dealt with have handled any query or issue i had almost immediately come on party casino why 2 weeks to release a software glitch.bear in mind that it will take a week if ever they sort this issue. ps whats the point in sending complaints surely this is a complint site and your response is "SOZ PLEASE WAIT"

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Party Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

As we have already mentioned in the previous replies, Party Casino offers various games provided by different vendors. Unfortunately, this particular case couldn't be resolved from our end and we escalated it to the responsible provider of the game. Although it took a bit more time than usual for the vendor to release the funds, this was done.
