Party Casino - Freezed game during freegames mode than stole money

I deposit 7 $ and start playing slot(gone with the wind) and after some time I had around 29$ and bonus game start in which I won around 40 Free games. But suddenly game freezed. Few days was like that and after some emails with their support they decide to give me 7 $ and 5 $ more, which is totaly unfair. First where is mine 29$ and I had 40 free games with 0.05 bet and 18 lines with i could won more of that.

This complaint has been reopened due to the declared willingness on behalf of Party Casino management to do everything within their power to solve their old complaints. AskGamblers Complaints Team is reluctant to give these old cases one more chance for a successful resolution.

First of all I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this caused you.

This case in question was escalated to the vendor as the funds couldn’t be cleared from our end. Although according to the game rules malfunction voids pay and play, the responsible team added 5 USD as winnings from the bonus round. We do understand you weren't happy with this resolution, this is why as a goodwill gesture another 29 USD were added to the your account to cover the amount you started playing with.
