Hi i put in a withdraw ticket like 5 days ago i have yet to receive a response from Pamper casino. Dont understand why it takes so long to respond

Actually that was the second ticket i sent on sunday. My first original one was sent last week on tues or wed i have the email that was sent to me when i put in the ticket to verify that. So its been over 5 days as i said.

Since you opened the first ticket on Wednesday you would have gotten a response on Monday (3rd business day).

However, since you opened a second ticket your response time is counted from the second ticket's opening time as per this box you checked and agreed to when submitting the tickets :

I understand that opening another ticket regarding my withdrawal when I already have a pending request will cause my withdrawal request to be delayed.

I had no ideal sending in two tickets will stall a reply. I thought it should make it faster. I have sent in all the required docs day before yesterday then I got a email stating because the back of my atm card wasn't signed(I never sign my cards ) that's what my drivers license is for. So I had to resend that yesterday(nit picking) so now I'm waiting to see what's gonna be next before I receive my withdraw.

Just to explain, there are several steps and we email you at all of them. Your withdrawal has completed ALL the steps and is complete. There is nothing further to be done.

Thank u for the info. But I'm assuming its gonna be Western union because the card that I used u cannot pur money on. It's not attached to a bank account. Ita just a regular debit/visa card

As Accounting has no doubt informed you, we checked with our bank and the card issuer did indeed accept the refunds. The funds should show up on the card shortly (3-5 business days). If not, please contact the card issuer.

Ok I have received some of my money back in my card. But why does it have to be smallbincrements why can't it be lumped sum. I have never heard of that usually withdraws r payed whole

Individual transactions are refunded so they'll show up as increments on the statement as and how your card issuer credits them but we have refunded the full amount of your withdrawal.

Yea cause they r coming in very small increments . So far I have gotten 240 of the 741.00 that's owed to me so I guess I gotta wait to see over the next few days to see if it all credits my card. Thx

Just a update still haven't received the rest of the funds thats owed to me. After I got that 240. The small increment refunds stopped coming in. Just wondering what's going on since. Accounting is not answering any of my emails

This is because Accounting only works on business days and will be back next on the 26th of December (next business day). Also, they won't have much to say since they have already processed your refunds and you have to deal with your card issuer to get them all if you don't get them by say the end of this coming week.

Ok i need to keep this open until i receive all my money cause this makes no sense why i have only received 240.00 of the 740.00 thats owed to me. i will give it til friday of next week which if all the refunds were processed why arent they in my account. by the way i talked to my bank card holder Bank of america and they said no other refunds has come through since then. So nothing to do with my bank.

Dear askgamblers i am truly gonna need your help on this one. I have officially been scammed. I received a email from accounting stating that 442.00 has been refunded which it hasn't the dates don't match up I withdrawn in Nov at the end these dates go back to August for returns on my card not true I have proof. Then they r telling me I will not be receiving my whole 744.00 they owe me telling me their bank charges 300.00 in fees thus us a scam. No bank charges for returns on cards and if I had known that and it was stated on there I would of done Western union or so. Please help me recover.all my money why would I want basically half my money taken from me. Thus is really sad a casino could stoop this low. I'm asking u to help me recover this please. This is not right

I have received 240.00 of the 742.00 that is owed to me. I asked for a bank wire which is exactly 100.00. States on the Casino terms. I actually withdrawn 842.00 I believe but they minused the 100.00 which left ne at 742.00. With them telling me their bank charges 300.00 to refund the card doesn't seem right. They put 20 dollar increments back in my card didn't seem right in the first place when it should of been one lump sum. I really need what is owed to me. They should honor their terms and not some new ones to not pay me all my funds

To be clear, these types of investigations take a while. What is happening here is a rare thing where we send the refund to your bank and it processes successfully but never appears on your statement. That almost never happens. Accounting is working with the processor to investigate what has happened but there are 2 banks and a third party involved and it is a few dollars so it isn't as if anything can be resolved in a day or 2. All these people take several business days to send a simple response through official channels and no one is willing to take responsibility for anything. We appreciate your patience in this matter.

We got a response from the processor last week. They say they're waiting on the bank to respond to them and the bank takes about 30 days to give a response on these sorts of cases.

I personally called the processor today and got a response for you.

They said that the original refunds were sent and they are lost somewhere between our bank and your bank. However, we realize this is quite frustrating for you and for us so we had them process the 5 refunds manually at the Bank Gateway against other charges. The amounts will be the same. You will see them before the end of this week. Please let me know if you don't.
