I registered with NySpins and deposited to try and clear the deposit bonuses. The first one I failed at but on the second one I managed to withdraw 6537SEK (or so I thought)
This happened on the 2nd of September.
I waited til the 6th of September and then I went into the chat and asked what is going on.
They told me to send pictures of my ID and also a bill which I did on the 7th of September.
They then waited until the 11th of September and they asked me for even more documents.
"Selfie with you and your ID"
"A bank statement that shows your entire statement from the day you signed up with us until today" (No clue why they are interested in what im purchasing on the other days but hey, I want my money) So I did that as well.
Now it has been 13 days and not a single word. Whenever I go into the chat they say "No more information. wait for an email" and it's getting pretty frustrating. I just want my money and I wanted to try and see if this can speed things up.

Upon further review, we noticed that the customer was informed about the outcome already, but it seems like the complaint wasn't updated.
The customer accepted the outcome and never pursued the case further with the relevant ADR. Hence, we consider this case to be resolved from our end, and closed. The player never contested the outcome with us, after informing them about the T&C breaches.
