No Payment and No communication from Euro Play Casino

Hi, I have an issue with this Casino, there is 5k EUR on my withdrawal from January 22 and still on waiting status, no answers from all ways of contacts, they disappeared. 5 days and they still with a maintenance. Very bad service and they don't want to pay. I already contacted the licence and they didn't replied me yet..What to do ?

Hi guys, well the Casino stills with a maintenance. The good news is that i contacted the license 3 days ago and that are working into this matter (I will ask on Monday for an update from them). As well I contacted a Account Affiliate Manager Director of Playtech (their platform) explained the issue and as well is checking into. So far until now no news but I guess soon I will be able to write here a better bright of the situation.
