Euro Play Casino - No payment after weeks

Hello, My name is Jordey, I am a Dutch citizen. On January 26 and February 5 I made profit with a total sum of EUR. 1150,-.
On February 2 and February 6 I requested 2 withdrawal of 650 eur and 500 eur.
So far no money received.
Everytime I aks about this, I get really different answer like:
''We have a problem with Neteller, please wait another week''.
''You will get your money, please hold on for it''.

I am trying to get my money for over 5 weeks now. This is way too long.
In the T&C of this casino I cannot find any procedures or processing time regarding a withdrawal request.

I would like to have the money a.s.a.p. as the casino made several false promises.

Update. I have contacted chat support twice. This is the latest information I got:

Elaine: i hope so because i transfered your emails to finance

Elaine: they will process it today hopefully

Elaine: don't worry

Elaine: tomorrow you will get
