Hello! I played at Pamper casino and won 2 different amounts. (2012-July and August)
The first was for approximately $484 and the second was for $300. Even though I immediately forwarded all the neccessary documents, I got the run around. Back and forth telling me that I had not submitted all the documents. I think this went on for over a month until finally they acknowledged them. LIVE CHAT is no help as they say they have no access to financial info. You can only speak to someone through their ticket system.
I called Pamper about 2 weeks ago and spoke to Vincent (who said he was the Manager in charge of Cust Serv.) He did walk me through the ticket system, but still no resolve on the W/D's. He told me to wait on Accounting.
Finally, I was told I was playing too many bonuses so all I got was $49 put into some weird account that USA players have no access to.
It appears that they have too many rules and they contradict each other. Also if they don't have an answer they make one up. I just want to be paid.
