and decide deposit 20 euros to try, i surprised with a answer of chat because deposits with neteller don't received any bonus. ( FIRST and PROMOTIONS ). Also she said i don't write the code in the moment of deposit. I'm sure i write the code and validade. When i tried again put the code after deposit the message:
