Hello.

played on betcart, and made a request for payout on the mid of September. the amount is 52908,94. I have no access anymore to the account, because at the beginning of December they were writing me, that they close all Austrian accounts, because they don't offer service anymore in Austria. What did they say about my withdrawal? Excuses all the time. (we assure that your balance is safe, we need more time blablablaba). Last Message was on the end of december. Nothing more except the message on 3th of December, where they told me that Austrians are not allowed anymore. They told me numerous times that the financial department taking care of it and resume to me shortly. Never saw an euro of this money. Please help me, dunno what to do anymore.

I can't even attach files, because I have no access anymore to my account.... Its a shame. The E-mails I can forward too you, if you want.

As you could see there are more than 50k in my locked account and i want to withdraw that money "NOW" and no further mails of excuses from betcart.

It is unambiguous for me why you holding back my money since you locked my account.

My mail with the relevant document was send on 27.12.2018. The documents should be already checked and my account verified successful.

Further all of these documents i send you many times before. After i made a withdraw from my locked account you contact me again and told me i have to send the same documents which you already have. Really strange!!!

I take a look on my bank account. At first my frustration is getting smaller but still there.

I received an amount of € 5000 Euro from Betcart This is positive.

But an amount from € 47382,91 are still open.

My questions to you Betcart is...if i received from now on every month an amount of € 5000 from betcart or also an higher amount?

With € 5000 each month you finished the payment in 10 months wich is a long time for me, is it possible made an higher partial payment at the next time to shorten the lenght of the partial Payment?

your words sounds good and i really hope that the next paymant will come in july. I also hope that the amount is more then € 5000.
€10000-15000 are an desirable amount to shorten tho shorten the period of the payment. Could we arrange us on this amount for the monthly payment? Are this possible for you?

Dear Betcart,

the only think what i coule tell you is that you make me really frustrating.

How could it be, that you are incapable to pay me my money????

How long should i wait until i receive the rest of my money. There are still € 47.908,94 open. If you would pay me the monthly amount which you promised me must i wait 10 month. This is a very long time. That is not acceptable. What do you think if i made an credit by a bank and i dont pay the monthly amount which i have to pay the bank. Did you think the will accept this? I could tell you no. As i am. I will have my money and that as soon as possible. The frustrating think is, that you also dont pay me this mounth the open amount of € 5000. Therefore you have to pay me in september €15000 that you keep up the arrangement and i will be adamant that you will buy me the full amount of the € 15000 which you owe me based on our monthly arrangement. Could i trust you that you will do this this time without and excuse that your bank will made you problems? Is this possible?

Or second you pay my money this month which is still open but i dont believe it because of a another excuse from you. For me september is deadline that you pay me 3 open months from our arrangement.

How often still i should accept your Apologies?

I think you dont understand me. This is no monthly rate i requesting. You told me that we made an agreement for an monthly payment. I accept this. Every month € 5000. whats an minimal amount because you owe me a lot of money.

For the better understanding and that you couldnt made any ecxuse.

I solved the monthly amount in june. So

June.. monthly payment € 5000...you pay. The open amount which you owe me is actually € 47.908,94!!!

July...€ 5000 you didtn pay

August... € 5000 you didnt pay.
I know that you also didnt pay this month because you made once again an ecxuse because of your bank.

September...monthly payment € 5000

So i didnt received the payment from our agreement for July and august. Both together results an amount from € 10000

Additional the september ( € 10000 + € 5000 = € 15000!!!!!!!!) you have to pay me an amount from € 15000. Could you see there any request? This is the amount regarding our agreement
So there is still no request. Pay my money which you own me and made no risible excuse of your Bank. You suggest the monthly payment about € 5000. Then stay tuned!!!!!!

I await your payment in september in the amount of € 15000. once again this is no request this is what you owe me regarding our agreement!!! And dont made any excuse!!!!! Pay it!!!

how many times i should read again your apologies. Are you think this will made our case better. I told you so often, pay my money that we could bring this case to an end but what are you doing....n­ot­hin­g...one excuse follow an another excuse.

This all is a big joke!!!!!

What i am told you....That you dont pay for this month. So i told you the truth.

The next thing you hope that you transfer my funds by the end oft the month...Whats all this about?
