Made a £250 from netbet sportsbook on 1 Dec 2013, as of 07 Dec still not in my bank. History seems to show withdrawal was validated on 03 Dec, but no sign of the money. Live chat has no live operators. I have sent 3 e-mails to support with no response and phoned this morning, message saying cant take calls. All extremely poor.

Not resolved. Now 8 days since money withdrawal and nothing back in my bank.Riduiculous amount of time and double what most other sites are delivering. I recieved no mail from Netbet on 5th Dec as they claim, in fact the only non automated reply I have had to my e-mails was uncannily hours after I posted on here. Nice to see they admitted they dont answer the phones on their 24/7 customer phone line, and still no one on the end of their live chat service. I await the return of my winnings,

Netbet have indeed phoned me today, which is something. They claim they have sent my money which should be with me this week. They have apologised and credited me with a £20 bomus. So some effort today, however I still dont have my winnings, which is hardly an earth shattering amount.

Glad to report this is resolved, money arrived in my bank this morning after 12 days of waiting. Only seemed to get any response from them when Id posted on here. Not sure Id risk depositing any money with them again after this episode.

Bizzare response above. Took 12 pay out and only responsed to me when I complained on here. BUT it wasnt customer service.??? Remains the worst experience in 10+ years of gaming sites and wont use them again.
