Silver Oak Casino - My account got revoked, $1300 locked inside

I played on silver oak casino. I got my winnings up to 1,300.00. I went into my account to check the status and every time I went to login it would say wrong username and password. So I asked for a new password and it still kept doing it after I changed it. So I called them and I talked to andndrew who said I had to send a certification form. So I checked my email that he sent me and I got a email earlier from rick saying my account has been revoked. So I called again and tried getting a explanation and they put me on hold and then hung up. That happen a total of 3 times. I can't get an explanation why I can't get onto my account.
