I've made a withdrawal on the 9th of April totaling 850. Have seen no progress. Live Chat told me to wait and wait, now tells me the problem is with the payment provider Faro Entertainment.

Can't get hold of these guys to get any information due to the website being down.

Hopefully posting here might help me get my withdrawal over the line.
