More Chillis & More Hearts Software Glitch During Feature


I experienced this software issue on the same bet .60 Euros during the feature at the exact same point on both aristocrat games More Chillis and More Hearts. It happened when you have collected 10 chillis/hearts with 9 spins to go during the feature. I have videos of each showing the corrupted feature on both games whereby the amounts of chillis/hearts collected actually goes down as the feature goes on. I made this known to support a few times as i saw this glitch twice on more chillis and once on more hearts. Support didnt really seem to care much until one night after seeing it for a third time i would not let up and finally i received a call from the casino manager. I got blamed for trying to extaught the casino and the casino manager tried to tape me over the phone without my knowledge. All i was trying to do naturally when it happened 3 times to me was get compensation. Now people who know these two games will admit if you are in the position where you have collected either 10 chillis or 10 hearts on the feature with 9 spins remaining the winnings could end up somewhere between 1,000 -2,000 Euros x 3 times it happened to me especially if you end up collecting 30 chillis or hearts making the 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th columns all wild on the screen split into 4 seperate game boards. Thats 6,000 Euros of possible winnings it could have costed me maybe even more that i was cheated Im not happy with the result given to me by the casino manager. They returned just 30 Euros to my skrill account and banned me from the site. I am do upset that this happened. Please domeone help me with this compensation case. I have recorded videos on my android phone of both games where this happened showing the chillis/hearts decreasing as the feature goes on. I had 13 chillis/hearts during the features but ended with just 8 once the feature had concluded.

Game crash during free spins in "Eye of Horus" not properly investigated
I'm from Germany and my schooling is 30 years back. Please understand if the grammar is not so good. However, I have made a great effort that the text contains no errors that reflect the facts wrong. On January 14, 2018, I played "77 Jackpot" via my iPad in the online casino. At 04:42 (according to the last entry in the game log) I won free games at the game "Eye of Horus" with a bet of 1.00 EUR. These were really promising. In almost every free game appeared "Horus", sometimes several times, and I was in no time in the highest game category arrived. On 24.01.2018 I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and explained everything once again. I've asked the casino again to give me the game so I can finish the free spins. E-Mail is available. On 01/30/2018 I sent an e-mail to [email protected] and wrote that I am very surprised that I still have not received a reply. I have asked customer service to answer me about my canceled free spins. E-Mail is available. On 01/30/2018, at 23:49, I received an e-mail from Customer Service with a sentence: "After checking your account, we found no irregularities!" In addition, in the mail was still the recommendation that I empty the browser cache and check the Internet connection. E-Mail is available. No irregularities ??? Customer service can see from the game transaction log that I had free spins and did not finish them. In addition, they see that no profit has been booked on my account. Unfortunately there is a difference to other casinos. For other providers, there is the possibility to select the individual games and get more information about the game. At "77 Jackpot" is only one listing available. It should be mentioned that I sent the first time on 02.02.2018, at 07:09 clock, an email to AskGamblers. On 02.02.2018, at 11:52, I received a 100 € free bonus from the "VIP Manager 77 Jackpot". I've gotten this bonus a long time ago and have nothing to do with my free spins. Does not count most of my wagering, refusing to send full game history
I open account on this casino and take nice 200% welcome bonus deposit 25€ and get 50€ bonus. Wager requirement is 35 x bonus --> 1750€. I spin one hour and win nicely and my credit is about 200€, i check my wager requirement and on my account/balance section it show 1543€ left. Thats ok, i think and start spin more, after 1-2 hour unstoppable spins i win some more and my credit raise to 700€. I check my wager requiremet again, suprisely it show totally same 1543€ like 1-2 hours ago. I ask online support chat whats going on and they say it is normal. website dont count it online, its updated after 24H. Never see this before... but its ok. I spin maybe 3-4 hours MORE and wager many thousands of euros more and ending credit 457€ and then finish my play this day. So next evening after 24 hours i check my account/balance again and like i afraid its not updated, still same 1543€ wager requirement. I wait one more night and this morning start to check again... no updated. Then i ask from my "account manager" Jim Carling by email if he can help this problem. Now he answer me 2 times same at i wager only 207€ and i have to wager 1543e more, what is far far away from truth. On website cannot check your game history what tell the true what really happen. Now i ask from him if he can send me my gamehistory somehow but i dont belive they wanna do that. Look like this casino its not play fair at all.
