Refusing to investigate Authentic Gaming Roulette glitch, refusing to provide my betting history

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recently played at 1xBet Live Casino - Authentic Gaming (Roulette) on 24 February 2018.

After playing for a little while, I noticed that my balance went down even though I have been hitting on the numbers which I am betting on. So I then proceeded to contact their Customer Support Team to help me and they gave me a lot of excuses in which they can't show me my betting records and etc. We went on a wild goose chase after that going back and forth telling me that they will send it to their "Specialist".

Almost a week past and when I contacted 1xBet back in regards to this matter, it seems that they decided to just ignore and tell me that I have lost the bet instead. I have requested multiple times from them the betting record on what I was betting on and how I lost the money and etc. They however always got back to me that either they are not authorised to show me my own betting records or that they have already provided me with the information. This went on for a few days if not more and finally they decided to just show me a record how much I bet (in total) and win/loss (in total).

However the problem now comes when I request them to show me what I bet on (the numbers which I bet on) and also the result. They refused and told me that I am already given the information in which I have never received any information on the details of my bet. I do also play with Unibet in which you can easily access the information on your account when you open up the bet list/history. So this is somewhat fishy to me and I have demanded that they actually provide me with the details of my bets and also the winning results in which they refuse to do so until today.

I have contacted 1xBet and they just claim that I have bet and lost in which they refuse to provide me evidence of what I bet and what the result was.

As per the links below, you can clearly see that my Bet History with 1xBet is totally MISSING and they just took my money without actually caring about the results if I have won or loss. They just erased everything from there and is not willing to provide me with any justification.

Also I am showing you what it should really be like even if you win/lose via Unibet's website and their betting records. In the following links, it shows very clearly what I bet on, what the results were and how I won/lost my money. This is very transparent and also it takes all doubt off as it clearly shows everything.

I have asked 1xBet to show me everything and be transparent but until this day, they are actually just telling me that I have made a bet and lost irregardless of the outcome. This is a very shady kind of practice and they are clearly just out to cheat and not pay any winnings at all. How could they not show your betting records and also the result of the bet? If this is the case, then I could easily claim that anyone have already placed a bet and lost without caring about the results and when asked to show the results, you will be ignored and will be told that you have lost.

Hope that you will actually help in getting to the bottom of this and help get my money back.

Withdrawal not received but successful

Withdraw twice on Aug 6

Reference # 5134211985 amounting to 1287.06 was successful and received

However Reference # 5134246773 amounting to 16000 was successful but I did not receive it

I already sent them an email of my transaction history PDF as well as a screen recording of my transaction in the Gcash App which confirms that I did not receive the 16000

I've also created a ticket with my bank, and according to my bank the transaction receipt they sent me with the reference number could not be found on their side. This just means that the payment did not go through and 1xbet did not give me my money

I have also sent them my transaction history 24 hours before the withdrawal date and 72 hours after the withdrawal date showing that I did not indeed receive the 16000 and yet they still kept telling me that the withdrawal was successful

I have been in contact with 1xbet everyday since August 6 and still have not received my money even if I sent everything they were asking for

Clearly 1xbet does not want to acknowledge that it is their fault and they don't want to let me withdraw my money

Complaint against 1xBet 1942 USDT TRC20 withdrawal marked completed but not received

I am filing this complaint regarding a 1,942 USDT withdrawal from my 1xBet account.

On 08.08.2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,942 USDT via TRC20 to the following wallet address:

According to my 1xBet transaction history, the withdrawal request was made at approximately 20:27 and was subsequently marked as successfully completed at 20:35.

However, I have never received the 1,942 USDT in my wallet.

I have checked the wallet transaction history carefully, and there is no incoming transaction for 1,942 USDT corresponding to this withdrawal. I am attaching a screenshot of my wallet transaction history as evidence.

The concerning part is that 1xBet has marked the withdrawal as completed, despite the funds not arriving at the destination wallet.

I request that 1xBet provide the following:

1. The TRON blockchain transaction hash (TXID) for this withdrawal.
2. Confirmation of the exact destination address to which the funds were sent.
3. The blockchain timestamp and transaction details.
4. If the transaction was not actually broadcast to the blockchain, an explanation of why the withdrawal was marked as completed.
5. If the funds were sent to the stated address, proof that the 1,942 USDT was successfully transferred.

I am willing to provide any additional information required, including my 1xBet account details and further screenshots.

I would like 1xBet to investigate this matter and either provide valid blockchain proof of the transfer or return the 1,942 USDT to my account.

Depositing issue

I made a deposit of 85$ on 7/6 and didn't get my funds or anything near to that after a few weeks when I was checking out the query i was told by the specialist that I need to send all verifications including a screen recording of my bank application so that they can help but i picked the payment receipt and transaction advice and emailed it to them so all the information needed and necessary to approve the deposit was sent. Following that delay in deposit processing, I received an email on July 29, 2026, from [email protected].
In the email, the merchant explicitly instructed me to email them a clear view of my full 16-digit bank card number.
Demanding full, unmasked payment card details via unencrypted email is a severe security violation and creates an extreme risk of financial fraud.
Due to these predatory and insecure practices, I have refused to comply with their request. And still i have not received anything from the merchant

I made multiple attempts to the customer support as the given window for the resolution is 48 hours but still no response. Even a payment query is running but no response whatsoever.

I have attached a screenshot showing that the bet is still pending and has not been settled.

I kindly request AskGamblers to contact 1xBet and help resolve this issue by ensuring that my bet is correctly settled and that the missing 15,300 MRU is credited to my account.

Unrightfully blocking account and delaying verification for 23 days

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against 1xBet regarding my account (sent to thecasino >]). My account was completely frozen on July 10th, 2026. Since then, I have been blocked from both betting and withdrawing my remaining balance of 668,447.36 CLP.

I have shown 100% cooperation with their Security Department ([email protected]) and have already provided ALL requested documents long ago. This includes my official Chilean RUT ID, a selfie holding my ID, a phone screen showing my ID, and full bank statements (Cartola Bancaria) proving my transactions.

Despite providing all verification materials, my account has been stuck in "review" for 23 days. Every time I email their security team, I receive the exact same automated copy-paste response telling me to "wait for notification".

This is a clear delay tactic to withhold my legitimate funds. I have violated no terms and conditions. I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene, investigate 1xBet's malicious delay, and help me recover my balance of 668,447.36 CLP.

Waiting for my money for one week

I made a withdrawal on Monday, 20/07, and I am still waiting for my money.

It's not my first time cashing out. I can say that I could be a VIP member cause I play every day, but I think that's not enough for them, cause many times they retained my deposits too,

Once I made a deposit, and it didn't arrive in my account until weeks later, like 3-4 weeks. I tried to get help, but they never solved anything; they just said the same thing. For example, this time all the agents that I called said to me that my money will arrive in my account in a maximum of 5 days.
