Refusing to investigate Authentic Gaming Roulette glitch, refusing to provide my betting history

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have recently played at 1xBet Live Casino - Authentic Gaming (Roulette) on 24 February 2018.

After playing for a little while, I noticed that my balance went down even though I have been hitting on the numbers which I am betting on. So I then proceeded to contact their Customer Support Team to help me and they gave me a lot of excuses in which they can't show me my betting records and etc. We went on a wild goose chase after that going back and forth telling me that they will send it to their "Specialist".

Almost a week past and when I contacted 1xBet back in regards to this matter, it seems that they decided to just ignore and tell me that I have lost the bet instead. I have requested multiple times from them the betting record on what I was betting on and how I lost the money and etc. They however always got back to me that either they are not authorised to show me my own betting records or that they have already provided me with the information. This went on for a few days if not more and finally they decided to just show me a record how much I bet (in total) and win/loss (in total).

However the problem now comes when I request them to show me what I bet on (the numbers which I bet on) and also the result. They refused and told me that I am already given the information in which I have never received any information on the details of my bet. I do also play with Unibet in which you can easily access the information on your account when you open up the bet list/history. So this is somewhat fishy to me and I have demanded that they actually provide me with the details of my bets and also the winning results in which they refuse to do so until today.

I have contacted 1xBet and they just claim that I have bet and lost in which they refuse to provide me evidence of what I bet and what the result was.

As per the links below, you can clearly see that my Bet History with 1xBet is totally MISSING and they just took my money without actually caring about the results if I have won or loss. They just erased everything from there and is not willing to provide me with any justification.

Also I am showing you what it should really be like even if you win/lose via Unibet's website and their betting records. In the following links, it shows very clearly what I bet on, what the results were and how I won/lost my money. This is very transparent and also it takes all doubt off as it clearly shows everything.

I have asked 1xBet to show me everything and be transparent but until this day, they are actually just telling me that I have made a bet and lost irregardless of the outcome. This is a very shady kind of practice and they are clearly just out to cheat and not pay any winnings at all. How could they not show your betting records and also the result of the bet? If this is the case, then I could easily claim that anyone have already placed a bet and lost without caring about the results and when asked to show the results, you will be ignored and will be told that you have lost.

Hope that you will actually help in getting to the bottom of this and help get my money back.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
