Hello,

This complaint is regarding a glitch in the system. I have screenshot proof of the problem. While playing I get an occasional "your bet was not received" message. The bet following this message triggers something with my balance and the following bet is not properly credited to my account after win. It has happened several times but 3 times in the past three days.

Case 1:

Baccarat. Central America.

Round ID n/a: Bet was 4. Bet was not recieved. Balance 1318.86
Round ID: #13453358 Next bet 4. Won 7.8. Balance 1318.66

Result: missing around 4 mBtc

As you can see balance was credited completely wrong and I actually have less money.
Refer to the attached files for screenshots before and after and more detailed information.

Case 2:

Bet was 252 mBtc. Bet was not received according to the system message. Balance 1305 mBtc
Next bet - Baccarat 02/26/2017 23:18:27 Round ID: 13434021 Bet: 250 Won: 487.5. Balance 1063 mBTc

As you can see from above I won on banker so my balance supposed to be 1314.5 mBtc but instead my balance shows 1063 mBTc.

Result: missing approx 250 mBtc

Case 3:

02/25/2017 06:59:00 Round ID: 13409101 Baccarat Bet: 62 was not recieved according to the system message. Ballance: 330 mBtc
Next bet 02/25/2017 07:00:14 Round ID: 13409114 Baccarat Bet: 62 Won: 124 Balance: 331 mBtc

As you can see my balance after I won supposed to be around 390 mbTc but instead it shows that I have 331 mBtc.

Result: missing 60 mBtc

From all above total missing amount from my balance as for now approx 314 mBtc.

Support has been really unhelpful and claiming to contact technical support in the chat, which then directs me back to them.

I just want my funds that are missing back.

Want to thank you for help and assistance. Cloudbet support contacted me and the issue was successfully solved. Thank you Cloudbet and AskGamblers for great cooperation in dealing with current problem.
