Been refused an adequate investigation of a Mega Moolah software glitch

I played the maximum stake and hit the bonus feature and suddenly the game stopped. I phoned immediately and they promised to sort it out. The available bonuses were high on the day and I was told that the prizes were predetermined so my prize was already registered. After several weeks of calling and being given the run around I spoke to this rude gentlemen who told me that they had resolved the problem a few weeks earlier and my prize was £10.20 I feel cheated because every time I called I was told that they were still trying to solve the problem and I would get a screenshot of my game. I tried to resolve it but it fell on deaf ears. One of the operators even said to me take it up with Quicksilver. LeoVegas is disappointing. It seems as if no one can help at their call centre all they are out for is money and no good gaming experience.
