I am facing an issue regarding my withdrawal. My account is fully verified and I requested a payout which has been confirmed on 10/05/2022.
However, the funds did not arrive in my bank account. Every time I contact support, they tell me to wait.
Now its been 10 days and I am getting worried about my win (2.000€)
Again, the support told me to wait until Monday...
The waiting is a bit long in my opinion. I play in several casinos and I never experienced this kind of situation.
I hope this complaint can accelerate things a bit.
