Withdrawal unfairly voided due to the violation of the bonus terms


The Bonus Terms written in Finnish states that the maximum bet with bonus money is 8 euros. The English version says 5 euros. Casino says I violated the terms by playing with 7,5e bet. In the Finnish Bonus terms there is no clause that if the Finnish bonus terms differ from the English bonus terms the English bonus terms are valid. They have this clause in their T&C:

"In case these T&Cs are provided in different languages, all versions should reflect the same principles. Without prejudice to the foregoing, should there be any discrepancy between the T&Cs in the English language version and the version in any other language, the English version shall supersede the other versions."

But they dont have that clause in the Casino Bonus Terms. How can the customer know that the 8 euro max bet for Finnish players is just an error from the casino and not an exception for the Finnish market?

Summary:

1. The Bonus terms in Finnish language differ from the Bonus Terms written in English.

2.There is no clause in the Finnish or English Bonus Terms that states that only the English Bonus Terms are valid.

3. There is no way for the customer to know that the difference between Finnish and the English Bonus Terms is not just an exception for the Finnish market.

We understand that the outcome of the case is disappointing to the player, however, the winnings were waived in accordance to our Terms and Conditions, as the player has breached our maximum bet rule, which is stated in the English version of our Terms and Conditions.

Our players should be aware that any updates or changes to our Terms and Conditions will always be reflected in the English language version, and it will prevail in case of any discrepancies with versions in other languages.

This can also be found in our Terms and Conditions, under our General section, article 11:

Delaying withdrawals for months 3400euro total

Hello,

So i had been playing on Lucky Bull for quite some time. Made deposits and withdrawn my funds usually around 200-700 euros. My account is fully verified. My latest accepted and also received withdraw is from 28.08.2025. Few days later after that i had made another deposit of 50euros managed to get very lucky and win 1900euros. I took the withdraw and couple of days later i got an email saying that my withdrawal was accepted but they would be paid out in 2 instalments of 950euro at a time.

So according to them my account is fully verified but I haven't received my 1900euros neither one of the instalments have landed on my bank account.

I also have a pending withdrawal from 21.09.2025 of 1500euros. (i continued playing cause i had received confirmation about my withdrawals success and documents verification if ur wondering)

After these emails i have been contacting the casino about my withdrawals but all ive been getting from them is some ads about coming back to play in their casino and from support I've received "ticket numbers" regarding my case and told that issue will be handled soon.

I have told them my situation that I'm currently unemployed and not earning money only playing with money i get from my family as support. I have used those money to play for a while. Mostly losing since casino is known to be a losing game. But then I've sometimes managed to win very big. I sent them my account details from another casino i managed to win 14000 euro from. It showed them my deposits and withdrawals from that casino in official form. I thought after all this work to prove that I've won the money and I'm playing with winnings not by earning it in a job constantly getting a paycheck or selling assets whatever it is that they wanted as proof.

In my situation (not saying i won a million) but i managed to win that 14000euros among other smaller wins that have allowed me to continue. Im not paying currently for my own living so i don't have a steady income like suggested. I have been a losing player for a long time and then i managed to win big and currently using those winnings to fund my casino gaming.

I've noticed others have had similar kind of issues with Lucky Bull and im wondering when will i see my withdrawals in full as i deserve them. I truly hope your expertise will give me the peace of mind as I've been stressing about this issue for months now.

If any part of this for example the hypothetical situation doesn't belong in this complaint your allowed to edit the part out. I just want the money im owed.

In my attached files you can see withdrawals of 400 and 740 that i have received in my bank. Then the 1900 that says its accepted but not received (0 out of 2 instalments). Also the 1500 that is still pending from 21.09.2025.

Please help me this money is a big amount to me.

Purposefully stalling a withdraw request

Hello, I managed to complete deposit bonus wagering, and after the wager was complete I had 2380€ in my balance. I made a withdraw request and got asked to complete my kyc verification.

First of all, the site is really clunky when it comes to uploading documents. They ask you to upload both sides of an id card but you are only able to upload one file. So this already caused issues and the whole verification process was super slow because they kept saying my documents were incomplete. I sent my first batch of documents on the 30th of august and I got my first answer on the 3rd of September. I was then asked to send the documents per email. Well I did that, and we kept going back and forth. I've never had such a difficulty getting my account verified on any casino before. Felt like they purposefully kept making up reasons to not verify my account. Well finally after many emails my account was finally verified. That was 10 days ago and yet no sign of the money they owe me.

Since then I've counted that they've sent me 12 emails spamming me with all sorts of bonus offers. Also all Condor Ltd's casinos have a live chat option but there is actually no one online ever. I've tried accessing the live chat on everyday day of the week and different times during the day and night. I think they actually don't have a live chat it's just a front. The email support answers inconsistently, sometimes faster sometimes you have to wait many days. I don't really understand how this casino has been able to get a mga license. Also I'm a bit sketched out that they have all my documents since they seem so shady. I will attach some of documents of the emails here below.
