I have not been paid by LuckyBull for 6 weeks since winning my initial win (8711) and 4 weeks since my most recent win (872.6)
On april 7th this email was sent out :
"Dear John,
We wanted to reach out and let you know that we're experiencing a small delay in processing your payouts. Your request should have been on its way already, but we just discovered it's not. Oops!
Don't worry, we're on the case and working hard to fix it as soon as we can. We'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as we send it your way.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thanks for choosing our casino, and we look forward to providing you with an amazing gaming experience!"

Since then I have had multiple emails that use different words to say the same thing "no update". They say they are talkign to the payment provider and the payments are processed but they havent actual provided any proof or meaningful information. Seems like stalling to me honestly. I went on live chat today to double check the bank information was correct which it appeared to be. After looking at other complaints it seemed that the payments team only actually sort out the payment when theres a complaint otherwise they keep sending emails saying they are investigating but never do anything so I felt like this was the only option I had to expedite the payout as 6 weeks is already way too long.
I provided pictures of my online banking, filtered to look for the 7000 (5000+ filter), 1711 and 872.6 and showing that i hadn't received anything near those values and in the case of 7000 I hadn't received anything above 5000 from anyone.
I believe Luckybull uses these delays to make it so a small percentage of people give up on pursuing them and therefore increasing their profits. A casino that actually cares about their customers would not treat them like this.
