I made a withdrawal (~350€) on the 12th of March, it was accepted on the 14th, and now its the 24th, and I still haven't received a penny.

I have contacted the live chat support which keeps telling me to wait and be patient as there sometimes are "slight delays". I have also sent emails to their "customer support" but never received any answer that way.

I can see that there are other complaints open about this very same issue, so clearly they are not taking this issue seriously.

Your payout was delayed unfortunately due to circumstances we couldn't influence but we have been informed by our relevant department that your payout should be visible on your bank account during this day.

I did indeed get the payout (finally), so its all good now, but it's very sad that you have to open a complaint to get any kind of answers, not to mention any kind of action to fix your problems. As i result i would not recommend this casino to anybody. Internet is full of good and reputable casinos, no need to waste your time on casinos like this.
