Delayed Payment £457.80
Hello.
I am having real difficulties getting money withdrawn from Lucky247 casino.
I made a withdrawl on 1/2 May which was split into 2 parts, 1 for approx £250 was paid within normal time frame however I still have an amount of £457.80 which is a Work-In-Progress on my account.
I have phoned about this amount daily, used the online messaging system and sent an email but I get the same response every time. As far as the customer service team can see, everything on my account has been approved and they can see no reason why finance has not released the amount for payment. I keep getting told that the matter will be escalated but it has been over 3 weeks now and the money has not been received (or paid).
Whilst the customer service team I speak to are always pleasant, it seems there is limited assistance they can offer.
I am finding this process very frustrating and it is turning time consuming phoning daily to get an update. There has been no communication from the casino as to why the payment has been delayed.
If this is how long it takes to get money withdrawn from this casino, I will be seriously consider changing operators in the future.
