Hello. I registered with on Lucky Red casino and receive nodeposit 50$. I cleared my bonus, and had 250$ on account. Then i deposit 21$ and send all documents to support. About 7-8 days ago. After that, i wait 48 hours, and then everyday type in live chat about my documents. First, they said that cashier will be in office tommorow. Two days. Then they said that does not received my documents. I resend it on all emails. Than every day they told me that 'cashier not in the office, you will be answered tommorow'. And so about 2 days. Yesterday they told that cashier answer me at 6pm, but nobody answer me. Today i ask live support again, and they said that i need to made verification call to verify my documents. They call me and we speak about my account and deposit. Now is the problem:

My english very poor, and there was first time when i speak with real man on english. They ask me did i student, i answer yes and they typed that my account locked due i am full time student. But :

a) i am not full time student

2)i work in periods when i not in university(in university i came only 4 times in the year for few weeks)

I told them it, and they said that i need to send payslip. Here is why i can not do:

1) I working courier (not official job, i just sending newspapers, marketing papers, some items from the internet shops to people). I cant get payslip.

2) In Belarus, official restricted to give people payslips. I should broke the laws and stole it??

They blocked my account, dont pay my winnings. I type reasons, why i cant get payslip. Casino dont want to do anything, and dont want help me with this. This is bad.

I can made photo myself when i am deliver items, etc, i can do all that need, and that is leggal, but i cant take payslip with no ways. Help me please resolve this.

Hi, I understand that this is a frustrating situation but the casino would need proof that you are not a full time student after you confirmed that you were. Payslips would help to prove this.

It sounds like you are doing some casual work maybe while you are at university studying. All I can suggest is that you read the T&C's before playing at any casino and ensure you can provide all the requested documents.

Unfortunately AskGamblers will not be able to help on this occaision.
