More than 5 weeks ago I won money at Lucky Red Casino. I confirmed my account by sending a form, copy of my ID and a bill to them. I also verified by phone. They told my that everything is OK and that I would get my money in a few days. After a few days i got this message:

I Havent got any personal contact from them. I have chatt with them and they say everything is OK. I have also called them by phone and they say that everything is OK and that i would get my money soon. The problem is that they have decline my withdraw at least 4 times. When I chat or call them they say that everything is okey but then continue deline ny withdraw... Please Ask Gablers, can you help me?
