Its been almost 3 months since a withdrawal request I made was approved and I still haven't received a check. Every time I am able to speak with anyone I get the same story. You were approved and you get your winnings we're just waiting for your acct. to be updated by our payout department. Apparently these people don't have access to a phone,so all they can do is send a "MEMO" ... Well I'm not sure exactly how many "MEMO'S" have been sent but its a lot and still nothing. I don't know what else to do I guess I will not get what is owed to me I just hope this helps some one else from this casino's wrong practices.
