i deposited 25 and cashed out 400 and got with no problem then I deposited 25 and tried to cashout on march 16 400 and only got 225 they said there is a limit to what I can win did it changed in last month I got riped off for 175

Still waiting for my cashout requested on August 17th...

Hello everyone, after using the welcome bonus i asked a withdrawal of 1000 on 17th of agoust, after many days of waiting i was told that the Winning from that deposit can be only 10x, ok i accepted. So i can cashout only 300, but after more than a month i havent still received anyting. Everyday there is a motivation to delay, the manager will be here tomorrow, you'll be paid soon and so on. i sent many mail, but get no answer.... I'm getting so tired of this situation. Hope someone can help me.

Withdrawal not Credited to Skrill Account

Approximately one month ago i made a $40 deposit to casino fiz, i then withdrew the funds and was told the withdrawal was 'successful' and my balance had been reduced to zero. Nearly one month later my skrill account which was the method used to withdraw the $40, still has not been credited for this amount.

Doesn't accept USA Players but takes deposits!

I have been playing at Casino Fiz for about a month and deposited about $300 dollars in total, all made in $25 single deposits. I was a little suspect of the fairness of CF's gaming software because I only seem to win enough to stay within $20 of my deposit, so I wanted to read CF's T&C and also Google CF reviews to see what others are saying about their experience. Well, I came to learn quickly that Casino Fiz does NOT accept USA players at their casino. This came as a shock to me because CF let me register and deposit easily. This is unheard of as all online casinos that do not accept USA players will not let prospective players even get through the registration once a USA address is entered. CF let me register, deposit money multiple times and play for weeks without a hitch. Considering CF does not honor/accept USA players, accepting my money would be defined as stealing. If I had won anything, CF would not have been allowed to make a withdraw because I reside in the USA. It is only fair for CF to credit all my deposits back to my VISA Card because nothing was stated, nor was I stopped because USA players are not allowed, which means I was playing under false pretenses. Please help me ASK GAMBLERS help me get my money back that I had deposited at Casino Fiz, as it is unfair to take someone's money with no intention of honoring any winnings made. Thank you.

Delayed payment and no clear information regarding my withdrawal

Unfortunately, I have to submit another complaint regarding this casino. I requested a withdrawall on 21 Sept. after completing my wagering. The Casino suggested to me to send all my documents: I don't know why, because I sent all them already, as you can read in my other complaint! Well, I sent immediately FOR THE SECOND TIME my documents and on 22 of September and I received this email:

The email was without text but the subject is clear: Security Documents Accepted.

So, I had to wait for 15-18 business days to receive the money, as for casino terms and conditions. This casino is very slow to pay the winnings, but, ok, I waited.

But after 19 business days from the acceptance of my documents, the casino did not pay nothing and they don't tell me exactly when I'll receive the money. When I asked information, the finance department always is closed... I hope this complaint can solve the situation, because I am not satisfied with the answers of the agents on chat.

Contradictory Terms and Conditions

The parties involved: CASINO FIZ - http://www.casinofiz.com/ The lowdown: I have been an on-line player for close to 20 years now- I am fully aware that before I deposit any amount I need to read the Terms and Conditions. In all of my time this has always meant that one should check four things- make sure that the casino offers a withdrawal method that can be processed in your country, the playthrough, the max cashout and game limitations. Via Casino Fiz, on August 27th I made a $25 deposit using a 210% deposit bonus. The terms were clearly stated on the cashier page- the playthrough was for 100x (crazy I know) with a max cashout of 10 x the bonus amount + the amount I initially deposited. The bonus amount itself would be withdrawn from my winnings, so I needed to have $602.50 sitting in my account if I wanted to walk away with top prize- Which is always my intent with a max cashout bonus. The gist: The bonus amount was for $25 x 210% = $52.50. The max cashout would therefore be $52.50 x 10 = $525.00 + $25 = $550 (not terrible but I am ok with that). By the time I had met the playthrough I was well above the max prize value but, because I have been burnt before, I withdrew the entire amount. Sure enough and as stated in the Terms, any remaining funds beyond the max prize value would be cleared from my account. The final value (automatically computed by the software after all requirements were met) cashed out was for $549.81- a number that was remarkably close to what I had showing on my phone's calculator (I assumed, and still do, that the remaining cents were due to intricacies involved with the processing of international funds). The rub: I had no problems having my security documents approved and after two weeks of checking daily I finally noticed that a payment had been processed. Unfortunately the amount was for $250. Frustrated yet patient, I contacted support only to be told that this casino (and apparently all casinos owned by this group, listed again here to help nudge search engine indexing: VEGAS DAYS CASINO - http://www.vegasdays.com/ * TRADITION CASINIO - http://www.traditioncasino.com/ * ROKBET CASINO - http://www.rockbet.com/ * CASINO FIZ - http://www.casinofiz.com/ * SLOTS JACKPOT - http://www.slotsjackpotcasino.com/) will only allow a withdrawal of 10 x the deposit if less than $250. Hmm, that's strange, as the Terms and Conditions clearly stated what I have written in the gist. Indeed I finally found what support was referencing buried deep within the Terms & Conditions found only on their website: "4.1. All Deposits of 249 USD/EURO/AUS or less have a max withdrawal of 10X the deposit for that specific play session". Obviously that is in direct conflict of what was stated on the cashier page. Also, lest any players here think that this only pertains to non-deposit or deposit bonuses- it does not. If less than $250 they will only pay out 10 x the amount deposited PERIOD, as stated by support. Of course, I asked support to submit a request to have management look into the issue to no avail. I would gladly deposit again knowing full and well that most of the time the casino will come out ahead. There is no need to blatantly fool your clients. If there is a max cashout of 10 x a deposit if less than $250 then that should be stated in the Terms and Conditions as shown on the cashier page. It is my guess that this particular rule is going to cost you more money in lost player deposits and time spent by management playing the public relations game than by just paying your customers. You do have an out though- I have noticed that since the time of my deposit and now, all max cashout references have been removed from your cashier page. That was not the case then so please do not use that as an excuse to pay me now. Thank you for your time and thanks for reading.

Does not pay my winnings

I won 100 euros with a no deposit bonus on 26th of December. To validate my account and to receive the money, I made a deposit of 25, later I made the withdrawall of 125 (deposit more max cashout of the ndb). Immediately, I sent all the requested documents. The casino told me it did not receive my email, so I sent the documents more two times. Well, after all these problems and emails, after almost two month I did not receive anything. They don't give me explainations and continue to say "it is all right, you'll receive a email when the payment is processed" but nothing happens. I am tired of these delay tattics for a so little amount!

I hope the casino can answer here in askgamblers, to show that is a serious company!

Promises of weekly pay outs for more deposits

In playing with casino fiz dealing with mark the wizard calling and e mailing to play so I tried a few weeks of playing. Todays date is 1/22/2014 so any one knows its all new. Well of coarse I hit $14,994.00 dollars and cashed in $10,000.00 and they promised $2500 a week back on my card. Of coarse I waited for deposits and got $1500.00 and waited a week for the next deposit before playing again. And no deposit as Mark the WIZARD agreed. $8500.00 setting in there account that now payment of every 18 days to there now said terms and condishions. And because I am not playing in there casino putting more Deposits I am not a good player so who knows if I will ever get paid. OH yes straight deposit no BONUS was taken. SO watch anyone who reads this. So if you get a phone call beware of MARK the WIZARD Don't let him talk you into playing. And yes I had no problems with payout from other casinos.

Euro Fortune Casino a Rival Casino with Payment Problems

I like to play the Rival Casinos. Also the EuroFortune Casino, a French Casino with Connections with Casino FIZ and nearly the same experience of payment terms.

So I won simple 200 USD on the 11th December, not 2.000 USD simple 200 USD.

The normal way by the Rivals is a reversable withdraw within 24 to 48 hours than the Processing time and remittance between 5-10 days.

But not with them. After 3 weeks its still on reversable.

At first you will get 2 email adresses for to send your Documents which are definetely wrong and you never get an response.

After a long period of using the Live chat, they mentioned a payment period about 18 days. But if you check the terms and condition you will never find it there.

And after I had the big luck to get a responsible person and a right email adress you get a confirmation that your documents are correct and the Live Chat fall back to their
„Ficki Fucki“ talking with „oh we have christmas now we have new year“ and so on and so on and now after 3 weeks of waiting and its still on reversable status I believe that they can´t pay simple 200 USD and are bancrupty.

Who can help or made the same experience with them?

Taking forever to get my money!

Casino Fiz is taking forever to give me my money. Originally deposited 100.00 and they gave me 400.00 as a bonus. I played it 40 times through which was 20, 000.00 and by the time I cashed out I had approx 3000.00 that I had to take out 250.00 at a time. I submitted all the paperwork twice to them to verify my identity and they said the withdrawal process takes 3 to 5 business days. I spoke with their online help to find out what the holdup is and the first person tells me to resend the paperwork which I did in an email asking someone to respond so I know that they received it which they didn't. She told me someone would respond within 48 hours which they didnt so the second person I spoke with tells me now it takes 18 DAYS just to get verified and then another 3 to 5 business days for the withdrawals. At no time was I told it would take 18 days to get verified before this. I submitted this last Wednesday and when I ask them to get a hold of their accounting department they say that they cant even call them on the phone they have to email them also? What kind of service is this ??
