I submitted my documents on the following dates several times and contacted casino via chat. I have verification of chats and emails. Dates submitted: December 4, 2017, December 6 & 7 2017, and January 1, 2018. All documents have been submitted, Auth Form, CC front and back and License front and back and utility bill. The amount is $3000, one withdrawal for $2500 and the second withdrawal of $500 that I submitted for withdrawal and also included my Bitcoin number for deposit. It's been over a month now and no one has contacted me at all via email acknowleding receipt of my emails and everytime I contact them via chat, they keep saying email documents which I've done several times, then some would say send utility bill, which I've already done. Can you please help assist?

I've looked through your account and unfortunately, there is no withdrawal pending either approval or payment at this point. I'll explain...

Your winnings stemmed from a Thanksgiving promostion (THANKSVIP3). This promotion had a max cash-out of $1000, so the $2000.07 was removed from your account. The $1000 withdrawal was denied as we did not have your documents. In the interim, you've since played down the $1000 balance.

Please confirm casino's statement above whether you have played down the balance that you were eligable for? Please keep in mind that you are supposed to reply within the given 96-hours time frame, otherwise AskGamblers Complaints Team will consider the case as Rejected upon player's inactivity and it will be closed accordingly.

Based on player's and casino's statements it is now obvious that the disputed withdrawal amount has been played and lost by the player. In such situation, AskGamblers Complaints Team have no other option, but to reject the case as the main complaints subject is no longer valid.
