I won 29,000 credits and then it said error,told me to reload and when i reloaded. It wasn't there anymore. Please help me get my 29,000 credits back. Thank you....

Firework promotion not received from Jackpot Party Casino

This is a cut and paste from my original complaint to Jackpot party support: I purchased coins with the firework promotion but did not receive any fireworks. I bought one for 250$ package once for myself, two 5$ packages for fvXXXXXXX.com (#2XXXXXXX), and two 5$ packages for neXXXXXXX.com (#2XXXXXXXX). Neither my friends nor I got any fireworks. Each account was accessed daily from 7/3 through 7/11. I am frustrated by the lack of explanation with your promotions. This is the second detailed message I have sent about this issue. First I am feeling cheated and now with no response to my first inquiry I am feeling ignored. I received two auto responses that did not address my issue. I reposted to my complaint more than 5 times. 3 times the complaint was closed with no explanation. I reopened the complaint until finally it was removed and I could no longer access it. I have tried to open a new ticket repeatedly but even though I get a conformation screen I get no ticket number or follow up.

Loss of free games 3times

I love playing Crystal Forest, 3times now I have been cheated out of my free 50 games and the money I earned getting them. The last time was 1-7-2014 at 5:40P.M.

I don't think I will be putting in any more of my money to play, unless you give me what the game gave me!

Ripped off bonus

After purchasing $100,000 of coins i played for a while on my iphone. I started playing Black Knight again after 10 PM on 12/26 and I triggered a bonus and won over $117,000 coins. The game closed and when I logged back in my balance was not updated with the winnings.

Collected a big win on Rome/Egypt taking me up to 1,222.000 points. Bet 5000 three more times and it dropped my chips down to 854,637. I am missing over 358,000 points. This Is the 4th time That this happened to my account Everytime I try to contact Williams interactive No one responds. All day today I've been getting submitting spin to server. Thought that they had fixed all bug issues. I love playing the game just wish they would fix or respond to the gamers complaints. twice lost all credits earned after purchase on phone then once on computor

I really enjoyed the casino until recently when I purchased credits twice by my Verizon account. I then made 2 huge wins on my phone and both amounts were cancelled both times. Again today I made a huge win again today on jungle wild this time on my home office computer and it happened again????

Jackpot Party Casino failed to pay earned bonus

I purchased over $50.00 in credits from this game app. I played Moolah at $50 level $1500 per spin and got bonus. I earned over $200,000 in bonus credits. App then froze and would not add the bonus credits I had just earned to my account. This happened on Friday April 19, 2013. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR HELP LINE. I AM OUT $$200,000 and I am pissed. I want to sue them. Who can I contact?

coins not given after jackpot win

I was playing enchanted kingdom and was into a bonus playing 3,000 a spin, i was awared another 20 spins for a totol of 40, after the game was completed I won just over $150,000 it was calculated into my back giving me just over 1,015,000 chips. I closed the game down had supper and then went back to the game , it was not shoing only $855,000 chips, WHAT happened to the 150,000 I just won ???
