I am very confused at why this Casino sent me an email stating that my account :
Due to a management decision your account has been Excluded from Redeeming Coupons.
I have never abused a bonus or chip. Played by casino rules at all times. They did not even give me a reason why?

This is true. Seems only fair i was allowed bonus use again, only won 2 times both under 1,000 i am pleased with this casino.

We have been informed by the casino management that you were indeed excluded to redeem bonuses, but some months after the casino and you came to agreement and you were able to redeem bonuses again since May 2014. Can you please confirm, thank you.
