I requested a payout, two actually from INETBET casino. After a month of waiting and many e-mails that were rude and useless. They can't seem to figure out their own processing procedures. I then received a check Fed-ex drawn on a bank in Alberta, Canada. I went to a reputable check cashing company and was told that the check is "fraudulent". They stamped "Void" on the check. I then contacted support to find out what was going on. They were supposed to contact the processor. I won a jackpot on 7/15/2013 for 6,200 of which I wanted a withdrawal of 2,500. I also have another withdrawal pending since 7/15/2013 that they wont even start processing. I must say that I have been paid twice by INETBET in the past. Small amounts that took me forever to get. Those payments were drawn on a bank in the U.S. I am at my wits end with this. I have yet to see a penny from this jackpot and am sick of the complete and utter lack of customer service that I have encountered. They have even gone so far as to say that due to this win they will have paid me more than I have deposited. What does that have to do with anything? I won the money, they advertise these "fast payout" It's ridiculous. They also told me that if I filed a complaint they would close my account. Please help me get MY money.

I am waiting for the funds. THIS IS NOT A "BONA FIDE" US BANK. This check is drawn on a bank in Alberta, Canada. Please stop lying to save face. If this check was drawn on a US bank I wouldn't have to wait for the funds to clear at a check cashing facility. I also spoke with the bank. They are not affiliated with ANY U.S. bank. I will close this complaint when I have the money in my hands.
