I deposited $50 to INetBet the evening of 4/19/13 via okpay using CashU. The transaction has been confirmed as processed through Cashu's online website, however funds were never credited to my casino account. Customer service has refused to respond with further information after 5+ emails regarding the issue to both the manager and support team other than a single reply stating someone is contacting Ukash (the wrong merchant!) on my behalf. I have submitted for a call back multiple times as well with no response. I am extremely displeased with the customer service here which has steadily declined since the beginning of my membership. Responses often do not fully address the issue at hand and I am finding it difficult to get a response at all more times then not. This issue, particularly, has me extremely upset with INetBet and distrustful of their practices.
