iNetBet Casino - Lost Deposit

I deposited $50 to INetBet the evening of 4/19/13 via okpay using CashU. The transaction has been confirmed as processed through Cashu's online website, however funds were never credited to my casino account. Customer service has refused to respond with further information after 5+ emails regarding the issue to both the manager and support team other than a single reply stating someone is contacting Ukash (the wrong merchant!) on my behalf. I have submitted for a call back multiple times as well with no response. I am extremely displeased with the customer service here which has steadily declined since the beginning of my membership. Responses often do not fully address the issue at hand and I am finding it difficult to get a response at all more times then not. This issue, particularly, has me extremely upset with INetBet and distrustful of their practices.

We are sorry to hear that you are still having issues with this transaction.

As we explained to you previously we did not receive any funds from you.

You may very well have funded your wallet account via CashU, however these funds were not transferred to us. As you were not depositing funds directly from your account but funding and sending at the same time the processor acts as an intermediary in such transactions.

You will need to contact the processor you used in order to get this resolved. We did try to contact them on your behalf however, for obvious reasons, they would not discuss another persons account with us. They will only do this directly with you.
