iNetBet Casino - Deducted 10% fee on $1,500 withdrawal - Complaint Resolved

Dear Sirs,

I deposited a lot in this casino and withdraw only 2 times, always by Neteller.
Today I received an email that my last withdraw was processed and found out that the amount of 150$ (total received 1350$)
was decurted from my winnings, without any reason. A contacted the chat support and they apply a fee of 10% !!! of any withdraw,
which is now true since in the previous withdraws I received the full amount. In their t&C, there is no mention of withdrawal fees on Neteller deposits:

so I would like the casino to pay my full amount.
