I played this online casino with the 60 free credits they gave me and i was doing really well, so i told my sister to get on her laptop get the free credits and play also, we both have different computers different email and user id and are 2 different people. I won 3000.00 us currency, so i went to my account it said i could withdraw 2500.00, it wouldnt let me withdraw so i called customer support, the lady i talked to said because my sister had an account too and we live in the same household that i cant have my money and she reset my account balance to .78 cents!!!!!!!! what the #*%$#@^ that is so unfair .

If 2 people in the same household cant play then dont allow 2 people to join the casino!!! The casino staff come up with a lame excuse of why they are not paying me my withdrawable amount. What iIfound to be suspicous is if my 3008.00 isnt withdrawable then why did she take it away from me and reset my account to .78 cents and if 2 people cant have an account in the same household then why didnt she close my account. I am not done with this i was smart enough to take pictures of the time and amount before and after she reset my account 2 minutes later. So all you gamblers out there, do yourselves a favor and spend your money at a different casino because this one just wants money not payout money. I bet if want to deposit money right now they wounld except it lol.

What you have expressed here is fully covered in the terms and conditions of the casino, which I am sure you read before signing up. Just in case you did miss the terms, I posted them below which clearly states where the casino stands with multiple account per household....

And more pertinent to your situation....

14. You are allowed only one active account. Winnings will only be paid to players having one account per household, computer, IP address or business address. If you have more than one account all winnings will be void.

No nothing has been resolved and i dont withdraw my complaint. I still think what they did was wrong and unfair but now i know nothing can be done about it. You are at your own risk with playing online casinos. Good luck to everyone.
