Golden Lady Casino - Have not paid on a withdrawal since 07/27/16

I applied for a withdrawal of 600.00 on July 27 2016 I have been in contact with their support people and I have their names if needed on 08-12, 08-15, 08-19, 08-25 They all state the same thing "your wiyhdrawal is being processed and you will get as soon very soon" Now I try to contact them and the chat goes unanswered. No one seems to be working. They want me to reverse my withdrawal.

Well It's been over three months 07-27-16 since I applied for my withdrawal of $612. They keep telling me that i will receive it very soon That it is being processed. Now support will not even respond to me on chat. I was a loyal customer but I guess that does not matter to them.
