Grand Parker Casino - Not paying, now 7 months !!

I had a win and was paid some of it but then in June 2014 I got an email about security checks that said the following

`We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was not approved at this time.

Your account was randomly chosen for a security check and you will be notified by email once your account review is over. This process might take up to 60 business days`

I have sent several emails and been on chat with no response, when I try to make a withdrawal it gets denied.

Its now 149 business days, thats unacceptable

I have had no response from the casino, I went onto their chat and tried in vain to speak to a manager, the customer service agent told me that is not possible, my issue is being handled by the finance department and gave me the investigation line.

When i tried to plead with her to help me i was told in no uncertain terms if I deposit money that will help my cause. Appalling behavior.
