I have sent them ID and have been assured by live support that verification etc is fine there is no problem with at all with the account and my it has been forwarded to finance who cannot be spoken to, no supervisors or managers to talk to. However it still hasnt been released and was withdrew on the 17th May 2014 and still shows status "waiting".
