hello , my user name is princejuju , i made a deposit days ago in the casino , it was my first deposit and i got the offer by email of 100 free spins , after making the deposit they told me i didnt click on the offer and i cant get them spins , to be honest chat didnt help and today they said itys an old issue so we cant help . i have tried to reach the manager but its impossible

We were duly informed about this case on behalf Casino Cruise management in addition to the statements made by submitter. It is now clear that player did not select the welcome bonus upon making the first deposit and this way, player chosen not to receive this offer. Now, whether player did that unintentionally or not we do not know, however it is important to note that player went to casino support and ask for assistance after he played and lost his funds. It is crucial to know that in case of a problem with a specific bonus, player is supposed to contact casino support immediately and before started to play. Obviously, player failed to do that. Moreover, as a gesture of good will, casino offered the same welcome bonus to the player for his next deposit although it is not obliged to do that.

Based on the above we believe that Casino Cruise acted accordingly in this situation and therefore we consider this case as Resolved.

it was my first deposit and i did not know that i have to click to choose the 100% and 100 free spins , i got upset because your chat team or customer service didnt help me , i made that deposit to get the free bonus , anyways i dont have anything to say , i just thank askgamblers for all their care and support

Hello princejuju, let me check what we can do.

I'm not sure why this is a complaint btw because we didn't do anything wrong. Players have the option to select or not select a bonus upon deposit and it isn't something we can manually change but let me check for you.

Where do I start.....

On the 18th of October, I set up an account with Casino Cruise.

I was not allowed to deposit due to documentation. I kindly sent all my documents, UK driver's license, Bank statement.

Had the confirmation back saying everything was fine on the 19th of Oct.

I then deposited then around £450 pounds and won £800 pounds. The withdrawal was 72 hours to review, which was fine. This then went over the allocated time frame, then I pushed customer service, within minutes I was asked to send a selfie with my driver's license, which I kindly did.

My account then was blocked I could not log in, they then advised I had a self-exclusion ban... I actually had that removed and kindly sent the certification from GamStop.

I still have not received any withdrawal from them, I continue to get the same email.

This was a further 6 days ago, I emailed yesterday on the 16th of November still nothing.

I have lost the will to live on this, no casino can justify months of waiting and saying I am a top priority.
