Waiting on withdrawl for 2+ days

Hello. I have been waiting for my withdrawl of 0.5274831 for over 2 days now. I have messaged their live chat a bunch of time and have been told that they are "waiting for the game provider to verify the transactions" or something along those lines. It has been well over the estimated 12 hours. Furthermore I was told I would recieve an email today, and did not get one. I need this to be public because I am getting no help / real answers. I feel like it should not take 2+ days to check over a few hundred game spins.

I want to upload a picture but cannot figure out how but this is the pending withdrawl.

Hello, I would like to start off by saying how impressed I am with the support I recieved. They dealt with messaged asking for updates from me every 12 hours for 5 days haha. I was very impatient as it is alot of money.

As a new customer, I was rightfully concerned over my first withdrawl with FJ. Turns out, there was very rare combination of maintenance as well as a delay from the game provider to verify my betting transactions on the winning game.

Currently, I have recieved my withdrawl. Not only that, but I was offered 30 free spins for a variety of games of my choice.

I would like to thank FortuneJack for dealing with me with amazing support and kindness, and the staff here to keep my head level and help me along this path.

Hello dear SMNABP and @askgamblers team,

On 16th September we had technical maintenance of several providers, information was given on our site by pop-up.

Your game session was at the same time as the maintenance and also based on the game randomization your win was alerted.

Payment department decided to check your win with the provider for double-checking.

In general, this process takes 2+ days, but because of the weekend, we received the answer from the provider with delay.

Your problem is solved now as the game provider verified the transactions.

Unjustified confiscation of $1,825

On June 7, I registered on the site and made the first deposit of 1300$. June 8 After the game, I won and asked for money for withdrawal. Immediately received a notification in the mail - you need to pass the KYC verification. On the same day I passed it, and the next day I received a payment. Now my account is fully verified! It is important! On June 10, I make a deposit of 1200 dollars. I lose everything. June 11th I deposit $1900. I lose everything. June 16 I make a deposit of 2000 $. After the game, my account becomes 6375$. On June 20 in the morning I make a withdrawal request. Fortunjack won't pay out my money citing some standard check... June 21 in the evening they send me an email saying that my account was linked to some other account, which was previously blocked for some bad actions and now all my winnings are canceled! I that I can only take the deposit because they are so kind! As a result, my deposit was 6375 dollars, and they allowed me to withdraw only 4550 dollars!!! $1,825 was withheld!

I repeat once again - my account has been fully verified! While I was losing, Fortunjack turned a blind eye to everything??? Or was there no connection? But as soon as you saw a large amount on my account, you immediately didn’t want to pay???

Now my account is already blocked. Fortunjack covers his tracks very quickly. If you ask me to make new screenshots, I won't be able to make them for you. But I have done some.
