Glitch with a Betsoft game still not solved
Ok, so I was playing the Betsoft version of craps on FortuneJack. Each time I was playing 1 mbtc on the passline, 3x odds, and occasional across place bets, 1mbtc each. After a roll or two, I noticed I was winning but not getting paid. Like, litterally, I would hit a point, it would show the animation of chips being paid out, but my balance would not increase. At first I thought "oh maybe it's just lagging, it'll put it in eventually!" so I kept playing, 1 or two rolls resolve normally, it happens again. Then I'm thinking "I must be losing my damn MIND", so I paid careful attention, I'm at 38mbtc, I do a passline bet, 4 rolls, I place 3X odds, hit it, it shows the pay animation, my balance stays at 38. But before that, the most suspicious, unacceptable, "only betsoft" thing happened: I hit a point while betting across, I take all my place bets down, and I roll an 11. It acted like my place bets were still up and treated the 11 like a 7, subtracting 5mbtc from my account. So, first off, it looks like Betsoft has learned nothing from their previous scandals.
Now, the way support handled it has been very.... up and down. One lady gave me free spins, which was nice, but it really feels likey they're stalling. They confirmed there were errors in the system, I have them on screenshot saying so. But it's been two weeks and they keep saying they need more data from betsoft, who's slow to provide it (gee, I wonder why). They know there were problems and that they owe me money, but when asked how much I would get back, they give me the "I don't have that information" run around. They say their tech team is only there weekdays, and fridays keep coming, I keep being told I need to wait for monday, only to be told Betsoft needs to send them more information. I don't know if they're telling the truth, I don't know if they're stalling, but whatever happened, I'm about 90% sure betsoft's RNG is rigged to request new numbers and the dice still appeared as the old number instead of the rigged one.
