Euro Play Casino - Not paying!

I played the above casino on the 23rd august 2014 and won £500 which I withdrew after 2 weeks I contacted them to ask them where my withdrawel was and they stated that they was having problems with playtech after another week the said they woukkd transfer my funds back into my casino account and for me to withdrawew using another method ehich I did after another 2 weeks I still did not receive my money so contacted several times and each time they keep saying you will get it very soon tey keep saying there are problems with playtech so I contacted playtech to see what the problem was and they said that it was nothing to do with them they are just theprogrammer supplier or something for the next 3 weeks I have cotacted them everyday via live chat and they keep saying the same thing that I will get my money very soon I spoke to patrik Stefan and now leo please this is all the info I can give you I don't know what more you want
