On live chat we talked about how long the withdrawal process takes time, and the answer: "it takes approx. 13-17 days". 16th Feb I was checking my bank account information, and found out that nothing had been paid from EuroPlay Casino yet. I logged in, and checked my withdrawal status: "waiting".
Once again, I found myself in live chat, asking for the slow withdrawal process. not until then I found out that I had to send some information to the casino, and before that they couldn't continue on my withdrawal request.
I took some photos from my driver's licence and from my electric bill, which I sent to the casino. It took couple days for them to send me a response, where they asked an image from my Visa card, that I had used to deposit the 25€. I took a photo from that, and sent that as well. (only from the front side).
Three days later, (21st Feb) I emailed them, asking whether they have received the files I sent them or not, and whether I've sent enough information. I haven't received an answer to this day.
(22nd feb) I logged in to the casino, and found my withdrawal status to be in "waiting" once again. I contacted the casino trough Live chat, and had a long chat concerning about my images that I've sent to them, whether they're been accepted or not and when my withdrawal process finishes. I was convinced by the agent, that I would receive my money by tomorrow (23rd feb). In addition, he mentioned that if I wouldn't, I should contact them again via live chat.
On 23. - I logged to my online bank, and checked my status, only to be disapointed.
I logged to casino, and checked the withdrawal status, which had not changed since it came there.
Live chat promised me, that my withdrawals WILL BE paid to me next week. It seemed that the agent started to get frustrated on me (CAPS LOCK ON WHEN SPEAKING) and very aggressive attitude towards the customer (me)... Is this the way they're solving things?
