Hello i was wondering if you could help.. i opened up an account with dublinbet casino unaware that it was restricted to uk players i didnt deposit there for a few months it wasn't untill i received a promtion email that i deposited i depsoited a total of 150 euros and won 1400 euros i sent in all my documents and then received an email the following day to say my account is closed because they dont accept uk players and my winnings were confiscated which i understand but what i dont understand is why they didnt give me my deposits back its completely unfair and disgusting because i didnt play thru my deposits i actually won so all transactions should have been void and they shouldnt steal my money i want my refunds back there ignoring my emails and also refusing which shouldn't be allowed can you please help or point me in the right direction to get my money back

No this information is not correct i am entitled to my money nack because my funds were not played it says this on the ibs website so you cant just make up ypur own conditions also algeria is the first country so if you look it was obviously a mistake not deliberate and you clearly had my address and postcode so how is this misleading? Why did they not pick up on this straight away? Why was it only detected when i witgdrew money? You was quite happy for me to depsoit 4 times! Ask gamblers can you please help with this because they are just reading from a text book and not dealing with this accordingly i want my deposits returned

I did not breach any of there terms askgamblers i put my address in and postcode the country was obviously a mistale i wouldnt have played at a casino thats restricted to my country there would be no point! You have confiscated my winnings which is fair enough but you cant just steal someones hard earned money that is no way right at all
